Information Poster & the Movie RENT

Our volunteer communications editor, Lindsey Rusche, developed an information poster to coincide with the opening of the motion picture RENT which premiered in theatres across Canada on November 23, 2005 in Cineplex Odeon theatres. The poster was featured in 130 theatres across Canada.

Johnathon Larson, the playwright and creator of RENT died of a misdiagnosed aortic dissection believed to have been caused by Marfan syndrome. The film featured a public service announcement about Marfan syndrome starring RENT star, Anthony Rapp.
